We will pick up items such as signs, riders, and lockboxes at one location (office address) and install them at a second location (listing address).

This service is exactly the opposite of our installation services.
We will remove items such as signs, riders, lockboxes, and flyers from one location (listing address) and return them to a second location (office address).

Storage

Pricing starts at $20/month

You will save money on trips if you store your signs with us. Check out pricing FAQ section to learn more.

Storage pricing:

  • $20/month for 5 signs, lockboxes, and riders
  • $30/month for 10 signs, lockboxes, and riders
  • $40/month for 15 signs, lockboxes, and riders

FAQ

How is pricing calculated?

Pricing is based on the total distance of round trip from the east Nashville storage facility.

Pricing starts at $25 for a round trip less than 7.5 miles.

Storage pricing is based on the number of Signs we are storing for you.
Starting at $20/month to store 5 signs and riders, with 5 lockboxes.

What is the latest I can submit a request in order to get same day service?

Submit your request by 10am for same day service. 

We leave the storage facility at 10-10:30

Does it cost extra to take additional items? 

No, not as long as all the items are in one place.
We calculate and charge based on the mileage per trip. Not on the number of items we take.
If we have to make 2 or 3 stops to pickup items, there may be an additional charge for the extra mileage.

Services we do not provide

• Install open house pointer signs
• Install Large wooden signs with spike
• Install Large post type signs with spike
• Go inside homes that are occupied
• Deliver money
• Marketing (Installing flyers and materials in multiple locations)

How do I submit a request?

We will take care of your service request on the date it is scheduled.

What should clients expect?

Clients should expect the following:

We will show up the day of the request and install the items they have requested.
We will present ourselves in a professional friendly manner.
We will communicate clearly and quickly.
We will reach out immediately with questions or concerns when they arise.
We will use a common sense approach to placing signs and lockboxes, so that our realtor clients look great.

What we expect from our clients

We ask for a safe work environment for our team.
We expect your storage area to be kept clean and tidy free of clutter.
We know things change, please change your requests as soon as they do, it will not cost you anything.
We hate making wasted trips, They cost you extra money and us extra time.

Does NRER have a uniform?

Not yet. We will get shirts with our logo soon. We do take pride in our image, and we like to be comfortable.
We wear pants or shorts depending on weather. Closed toed shoes. Usually tennis shoes. T-shirt or polo or longs sleeves and jacket. All clothing will be free of stains, rips or tears.

What happens if an item is missing when you go to install or remove it from a listing?

If we have questions or something is missing, we will immediately call or text the contact number.
We will wait up to 5 minutes for an answer or solution with no additional charge.
Ex: We go to an address to remove sign and lockbox, however the lockbox is not present at the address. We will remove the sign and immediately call the agent or point of contact and let them know the lockbox is not present. We will wait until we hear back about the lockbox for up to 10 minutes before we leave.

Does it cost extra to change a service request? 

You can change the service request at any time before we actually make the trip out there. However, if we are on our way or have already made the trip, you will have to resubmit a request for a second request.
